We host this website with the provider Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA (hereinafter "Vercel"). When you access our website, Vercel processes various log data including your IP address. Content is delivered preferentially via server locations within the European Union (Frankfurt region).
The use of Vercel is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in providing our website as reliably and securely as possible. The processing associated with data transfer to the USA is based on the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission. A data processing agreement (DPA) has been concluded with the provider.
4. Server log files

Microsoft is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; any data transfers to the USA are additionally based on the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission.
The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, provided your request is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for carrying out pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of the requests addressed to us (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).
If you contact us by email or telephone, your request including all resulting personal data will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of handling your concern. This data remains with us until you ask us to delete it or the purpose for storage no longer applies; mandatory statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
6. Request list and local storage
The request list of this website stores the machines you have selected as well as the associated rental period exclusively locally in the storage of your browser (localStorage). This storage is technically necessary so that your selection is retained when you change pages.
No personal data is transmitted to us or to third parties in the process. The stored data remains on your device until you delete it yourself or empty the request list. Consent is not required for this (Section 25 para. 2 TDDDG).
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies and does not integrate any services for reach analysis or advertising purposes.
